Tony Postumus

Bio: Tony Posthumus is a husband to one, and father to four (plus one new daughter-in-law!) and lives in Grafton, Ontario. He serves as the Executive Director of Northumberland Youth Unlimited | YFC and the Team Chaplain / Director of Player Wellness for the Cobourg Cougars Jr A Hockey Club. Tony values listening well, loving unconditionally, and learning. He is passionate about ensuring that young people are heard, valued, and empowered. Before joining Youth Unlimited | YFC, Tony worked for twelve years in youth correctional facilities. Outside of his ministry work, Tony eats chocolate, plays acoustic guitar in a country/rock band, and enjoys canoe camping with his wife.

Bio: Adam serves as the Peer Support Lead at CFOC-Doors of Compassion, a nonprofit dedicated to aiding the unhoused population in the Durham region. Having overcome a past marked by addiction, and hopelessness through faith, he left a successful career to co-found a recovery house and fully embrace ministry.

Pastor Willemina Zwart

Bio: Willemina Zwart is the executive director of the SOCO (South Coast) Beach Project and an ordained pastor in the Christian Reformed Church. SOCO is a summer leadership and faith formation experience for young adults located in Port Dover, ON. Her ministry experience includes six years campus ministry with the Coalition for Christian Outreach and almost 17 years CRC congregational ministry. She does life with her husband, Kelly Sibthorpe, and their cute dog, Pearl. Most recently she started participating in a kangoo exercise class

Nadia Nembhard-Hunt

Bio: Nadia is a Christian believer at Grace Life Center, Scarborough where she serves as a licensed minister. She is a steering member of the Christian Educators' Network Durham (CEND). She is also a published author. Nadia has been an educator for the last 23 years. She has worked in three continents in a range of education systems. She is currently a school administrator with a public school board in the GTA. Her key focus in the Kingdom is, to ‘pour out, and leave earth empty’.
